The Brief

Visku had developed a radical new solution in response to a challenge many businesses face: securing warehouse space fast at times when demand is fluctuating. Whether driven by seasonal surges, promotional spikes or changes in production, the need for short-term storage is a growing issue.

Their answer is Pallet Hotel® – a flexible, on-demand warehousing concept to help businesses scale storage capacity up or down as needed, without any long-term commitments. It’s a modern, agile solution for a logistics industry that’s under pressure.

With the concept in place, Visku turned to Speed to help bring Pallet Hotel® to life. Our challenge was to create a compelling brand identity for the service and build a campaign that would launch it effectively to a highly targeted audience.

The Result

After careful branding design and concept approval, Pallet Hotel® launched with impact, presenting a clear, compelling offer. By focusing on flexibility, the brand hit the right notes at a time when adaptability in supply chains has never been more important.

The campaign gave Visku a strong foundation to build recognition and take-up of its new service, while reinforcing its reputation as an innovator in supply chain consulting.

What We Did

Our starting point was to explore the audience and market context. By analysing the big decision drivers in logistics and warehousing, we shaped a campaign designed to resonate with the sector’s specific challenges and opportunities.

We then developed a range of creative concepts to introduce the Pallet Hotel® idea. These explored different angles, including the agility of ‘turning capacity on and off’, hospitality-inspired narratives, and bold interpretations of ‘space and time’. Each concept clarified the proposition while standing out in a crowded marketplace.

The client chose to lead with the ‘on/off capacity’ message, to position Pallet Hotel® as a smart, responsive solution to demand fluctuations. With this direction set, we rolled the idea out across a variety of platforms and formats, including animated social content, targeted website messaging, and sales materials tailored to different levels of decision-making.

We also developed a specialised advertorial for logistics professionals, highlighting the innovation and strategic thinking behind Pallet Hotel®.

By framing Pallet Hotel® around the concept of instant, scalable capacity, we helped the brand claim a unique position in the logistics space.

Our messaging strategy was built to flex across different audience types, such as operations managers and procurement leads. We paired this adaptable messaging with a bold creative to stand out in a sector often dominated by ‘functional’ communications.
