Its industrial arm focuses on sustainable transformation consultancy for a wide variety of sectors, helping clients adapt, grow and innovate in the face of change.

The Brief

Speed was engaged by the Industry team at Royal HaskoningDHV to support a strategic priority: raising awareness of the organisation’s sustainable transformation consultancy services.

The team had already developed strong, tailored messaging for key sectors and audiences, but now needed to bring that messaging to life – visually, verbally and creatively – through a series of integrated marketing campaigns.

The goal was clear: to drive engagement and generate meaningful leads that would support the company’s ambitious sales targets across international markets.

The campaigns needed to connect with two distinct audience groups:
• C-suite leaders, concerned with strategy, resilience and long-term growth
• Operational managers and directors, focused on day-to-day efficiency, cost control and innovation
