We designed and built an online sales and marketing hub to support advisors’ sales goals and their continued professional development.
We planned and scoped a multimedia hub called Kaleidoscope. Transforming and improving interactions, we gave advisors a dedicated portal for a wide range of content; supporting them to build sales campaigns, assess industry trends, access sales training and gain Continuous Professional Development.
Presenting information, views, videos and news, Kaleidoscope is an easy to use and content-rich platform. It not only helps advisers grow their knowledge of income protection but shares tips and strategies to grow their client base, build their skills and service their clients better.
Email alerts are sent to notify advisors of new content. Holloway Friendly can track usage and levels of engagement to ensure they are giving the advisors what they need.
Adviser traffic to the Holloway Friendly website has increased thanks to the Kaleidoscope hub and many users return to the site regularly for more information.
Holloway Friendly has risen two places in the market to become the UK’s sixth biggest income protection provider. Its new business has increased by 82% and its net membership has grown by 40%.
