We are expanding our Dev and Technical Team and are looking for a tech savvy Client Side Developer to join our driven and friendly team.


Job Description

Client Side Developer

Speed Agency is looking for a Client Side Developer to join our growing team of technical perfectionists to deliver ambitious projects for an exciting range of clients.

The ideal candidate needs to be self-sufficient, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a passion for technological advancements and personal professional growth.

We use a range of technologies and methodologies. Candidates will need to be proficient in, or willing to learn our technical stack and workflows, and work well autonomously, but also as part of a collaborative team on larger projects.

Our developers work on a wide range of projects from microsites to complex websites with multiple integrations and modules; developed on our bespoke Laravel-based CMS, and bespoke Software as a Service and online software solutions, as well as WordPress.

We are offering a salary of between £30k – £35k for the right candidate.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing front end solutions
  • Hitting specifications well, on time, and with minimal bugs
  • Writing high quality, clean code that is paired with automated unit and integration tests.


Tech Stack & Methodologies

      • Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
      • Good understanding of RESTful API consumption
      • Experience with source control, in particular, Git and pull requests
      • Experience with automated browser testing i.e. Selenium
      • Knowledge of intricacies with cross browser development.

      • Knowledge of Accessibility Standards
