Speed Agency are looking for people passionate about Digital Marketing to join our growing team.

We are looking for several roles. Do you have what it takes to be either a Digital Marketing Exec, Digital Marketing Manager or Content Strategist at Speed?

The roles will primarily focus on driving brands forward working with written and visual content, SEO, strategy, digital PR and design & development.

Ideal candidates will support the development of marketing tools such as, infographics, videos, webpages following a fixed marketing plan and strategy as well as implementing the newly identified internal communications strategy and report back into account managers.

This role will offer the opportunity to learn a lot more in digital and develop within and exciting role.


  • At least 2 years’ work experience in a digital marketing role would be ideal.
  • Previous experience working in a complex route to market.
  • Outgoing and positive personality, with a passion for marketing and learning within the industry.
  • Website updating (proven CMS experience), email automation/marketing tools & CRM experience.
  • Reporting experience, ideally using Google Analytics to generate bespoke reports for clients.
  • Ideal: Experience adobe suite and ability to use other known design software (Sketch).
  • Educated to degree-level, or equivalent through experience.
  • Be an excellent communicator with outstanding writing skills.


Job responsibilities include::

  • Help develop, implement and deliver world class organic search campaigns from start to finish for both b2b and b2c markets.
  • Work with senior team members to measure campaigns effectivity, providing detailed analysis, reporting and inform follow up strategies.
  • Ensure our clients websites are technically optimised and fit for purpose.
  • Analyse performance across key areas and look at future improvement, these areas are – PPC, SEO, Social Media.
  • Supporting account managers with both a technical and strategic mindset for both on page and off page content.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members on the strategic planning of client hours and monthly task setting using Teamwork.
  • Use our extensive suite of tools to spot trends and opportunities, suggesting content ideas where possible.
  • Suggesting change and testing plans to continuously improve SEO performance backed up by split testing criteria after findings.
  • Attendance at client meetings, writing up contact reports and being a day to day contact for the client.
  • Keeping up-to-date on latest industry trends, best practices, strategies and industry standards across the search industry. Attending events and being active on industry social channels.
  • Pitch and promote new and exciting ideas that could be used internally as well as for clients.


Key Attributes or specific tasks:

  • Set up ad and test ad and campaign copy if required. Management of third party resource if required.
  • Experience in managing key influencers and building relationships with bloggers.
  • Focusing on paid search, in addition to other key areas of digital.
  • Capitalising on social media opportunities to increase the brand engagement.
  • Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities to cross sell.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects to achieve deliverable objectives.
  • Strong commercial awareness and drive to achieve client and internal KPIs.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using key software. (SEM rush, Moz, GA platforms and Social reporting platforms ).
  • Data segmentation – profile / persona development.
  • Demonstrate initiative, motivation and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
